    I don't find this stuff to be all that amazing. It looks like a more sophisticated version of paint- by- number. The people, especially, look amazingly plastic, and amazingly like their magazine counterparts, which, amazingly enough, are usually, amazingly touched-up by computer programs so that they are perfect images, rather than interesting ones resembling real people.

    I've stood in front of a few photorealist paintings that maybe measured 6'x6'. It's absolutely mind-blowing to be that close to it and still not see many imperfections. Hats off. I sure as hell can't do it.
