    This was in the latest edition...




    From the Mail Call section-

    I wanted to send you a brief message letting you know how outraged I was to receive my latest edition of Triathlete in the mail yesterday. I was astonished by the cover of your 2006 swimsuit edition.
    The cover shows a triathlete standing in front of a completely nude elephant. Elephants have been exploited throughout the conturies; first exploited as by poachers for thier tusks, then by some as a means of transportation. Now to see Triathlete magazine exploiting elephants for their bodies is just too much.
    If I continue to see these poor animals taken advantage of I will be forced to cancel my subscription.

    It certainly brightens my day, regardless, to know that Triathlete magazine has a swimsuit issue.

    Triathelete magazine has a swimsuit edition? Gee. Maybe the editors of the Haravrd Lampoon were right (37 years ago). Maybe sex does sell magazines.
