Default So I'm actually not making this up

Use, or at least Google "interest" in the annoying filler word, "actually," has actually gone up threefold since 2007. I actually had to subtract the word "love" from the results because of some British Christmas movie that actually spikes the results every December. As far as I can tell, the word indicates that the next few words are not actually bullshit, something that actually ought to be assumed, but actually, people who say actually all the time may actually be like those people who throw in the odd "honestly" to point out that their unprefaced utterances should not actually be believed.

Hey binR Bishop, add trustworthiness to the list of reasons to use LateX instead of MS Word.

    From the explain xkcd wiki:
.jpg and jpeg are the same and used as an image format with high compression capabilities, excellent for storing photos, but not so good for many other things. This file format is prone to annoying compression artifacts; storing numerical or textual information in a JPEG file is typically a bad idea. Digital cameras use JPEG compression while the original .raw could be up to hundred times larger. Therefore, you can't trust the content of a JPEG file, because it doesn't contain the original content. Further, there is also the possibility that viruses can get embedded into JPEG files.
This doesn't say exactly what it means, but I think I see the point. Not sure how valid with some cameras storing directly to a .jpeg file and many editors saving as .jpg.

Animated for a lay audience, this works better for visualizing the progression over time with the aging population marching forward rather than being digested by a standing python.

    From the explain xkcd wiki:
It's the same format, just with a different filename extension. I'm guessing there's a slight anti-Mac bias in that 'un.
