    Default Brew Pub Wednesdays

Are these still happening? Thinking about coming down tomorrow, but the last two times we did there were no blabbers in sight.

binR, i'm sorry, but i need to borrow this thread real fast. because it reminded me i need to tell HAYDUKE--ATTN HAYDUKE--that, through no fault of mine, my normal every-other-tuesday obligation was moved to wednesday this week, so i probably can't come down to borrow that thing i need to borrow from you tomorrow like i said i would. but i'll still try.

It depends on the crowd you are looking for. Tuesdays occasionally see me along with the established statue that is -M*, Ringo, Mar and Monkey, and a few others. Wednesdays, I think, bring out JMG, Hayduke? and others.

    * Isn't it funny how -M is such a fixture of the Brew Pub patio, but against the fixture of statues a few feet to the north. ::winky smiley face::

We're usually there on Wednesdays and there are usually blabbers there too. Usually between 5 and 8. I've noticed more are there on Tuesdays now due to $1.50 pints (cheap Bastards).

Yeah, the frownie wasn't working for me either.

I have some Christmas shopping to finish up downtown tomorrow and thought I might ask Ned to join me for drinks. Look for us (unless he has some meeting he hasn't told me about - that's a fairly frequent occurrence these days).

There is a little known secret codicil embedded deep in the City Charter. No meetings are allowed on Wednesdays in weeks in which the Mayan calendar predicts the end of the world.

Bill, this Wednesday, and Tuesday, are cool. EOW is on Fryday.

Glad to know that. I'll tell Ned in case he tries to tell me he has a meeting.

Yo, Shady. Gotcha. FYI: PMs are working again. The little "Notifications" thing in the top-of-page menu changes color and everything.

I'm in the Wed crowd by long-standing tradition dating to the previous century and two iterations of the brew pub ago, and because Eunice usually works late on Tuesdays. Most, but not all, of the Tuesday crowd repeats on Wednesday. I can only assume the rest have been lured by the siren call of 50˘ cheaper beer and the desire to avoid my company.
