    Armstrong hasn't admitted any guilt. I think he's just decided that he's tired of fighting the accusations in the accusers' court on the accusers' terms. Whatever he truth of the matter is, I think this is about changing the dynamic. If there is one thing it's not, it's not simply giving up and saying "ok, you got me."
