Heat came on for the first time this morning (thermostat set at 50). Time to dig out the sweaters and longhandles.

My new place has great insulation, so I'm going to hold out for no heat until Nov. 1. At least that's the plan. I could easily say to hell with it and turn it on tonight. And I do reserve the right for a space heater in the bathroom.
