One guy one woman one accordion with a duet of "With a little help from my friends" Leads me to this...Can we have street performer festival. no think about it once a year invite street performers from around the world to come to Knoxville and apply their creative wares. Singing, dancing, puppet shows, illusionists, balloon freaks, facial exaggeration experts, spinning tops, the whole thing.
