    Today marks the 47th anniversary of the September 15, 1963 anti-civil rights bombing of the 16th Street Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama, killing four young black girls. Richard Farina wrote "Birmingham Sunday" in tribute to Addie Mae Collins, Carole Robertson, Cynthia Wesley, and Denise McNair.
