I should explain these a little more. My Dad was a farmer his entire life. Ounce he retired about ten years ago he started welding together bits and pieces of junk that he had laying around. He makes it into brightly painted yard art. Similar kind of stuff that you see at craft fairs or in Bliss. The thing about his stuff is that it is usually pretty simple, and he can tell you exactly what each piece was made of and what it did the first time around.

I have a device called the Trail-Gator. It's a tow bar for pulling your kid around on his/her 16" or smaller bike. I used it twice on the greenway, then it came in real handy on the Virginia Creeper Trail. Kid's getting a new bike for Xmas, I'm so excited - hello gears, good-bye coaster brakes. It's a kid's Kona 20" and it's waiting to be picked up at TVB.
