Thread: George Monbiot claims major blow to Global Warming

Default George Monbiot claims major blow to Global Warming

Is Cap and Trade dead? From the UK, "It's no use pretending that this isn't a major blow," glumly wrote George Monbiot, a U.K. writer who has been among the fiercest warming alarmists. The documents "could scarcely be more damaging."

While Phil Jones and Michael Mann deny that anything has changed Monbiot admits the damage is severe.

So how did this happen? Basically the scientific process broke down and due to a collapse of transparency a climate tribalism took over.

Other serious questions are left unanswered. What should become of the Nobel Prize awarded to Al Gore and the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change?

Should their be an investigation to see if Mr. Gore and the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change were aware of fraud in the research they were presenting?

Olympic Gold medals have been recalled. Should Mr. Gore and the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change face the same fate with their shared Nobel Prize if it is found their data was on steroids?

It's all just a matter of which oligarchy gets to be the decider.

    Default just a simple lie

It wasn't difficult to see what had happened.
Research bias, also called experimenter bias, is a process where the scientists performing the research influence the results, in order to portray a certain outcome.

Some bias in research arises from experimental error and failure to take into account all of the possible variables.

Other research bias arises when researchers select subjects that are more likely to generate the desired results, a reversal of the normal processes governing science.

Research bias is the one factor that makes qualitative research much more dependent upon experience and judgment than quantitative research.
It was so obvious, I was shocked that so few would challenge it.

Turns out there were threats. Physical threats and threats to funding and reputation. So how valid is Gore's Nobel Prize in light of the evidence?

    This is science today?

I see why they did it. They got tired of energy industry shills getting their "reports" published by the media as evidence against global warming. Thus fooling a lot of people into believing a falsehood.

To the music of Tommy James and the Shondells classic "Draggin' the Line". The truth hurts. Karma is relentless. What goes around comes around with interest. Right metulj?

I have a Nobel Laureate on my side.

    Can you make that claim?

    I am super serial.

Geothermal. That is all we need. Two kilometers down and there is enough energy to drive steam turbines. Millions of degrees.
