Default Props to Randall and RRR!

Big shout-out and thanks to Randall, who played an evening of very fine music in downtown Maryville as part of the "Last Friday Art Walk" festivities a couple of nights ago. We sold a few "ReDistilled" CDs for WUTK, entertained the masses and generally had a good time. RRR helped tend to the table, and a good time was had by all. Although Randall, I'm afraid my boy is gonna grow up to challenge you for RRR's heart. I think he took a shine to her. You could always assuage him with yer gee-tar, though.

Perhaps he can audition for Quartjar bass player in a few years ...

"Play music!" he kept saying, as he tried to commandeer the guitar. Your boy is adorable. We had a great time.

MRW that boy is *adorable* and I'm betting that there will be line of girls pining after him before too long. It helps that he wants to "play music."

I had a great time hanging with fine folks and helping out a worthy cause.

I am a big fan of Ezra! My favorite Ezra Moment was when he began frantically rooting around in his happy meal bag to find the elusive last mcnugget. When he pulled out his little mcnuggetless hand, he had an expression on his face that clearly read, "Sweet Jesus, I was eagerly anticipating that goddamned extra mcnugget but it never really existed outside of my own fevered imagination."

It was an existential moment for the lad, and as bright as he is, I fear it will be the first of many.
