    Default Mama Jan's evicted

Looks like Darwin just gave them notice on 35 Market Square. Heard they have "until the 27th" to get out, but I don't know if that's next week or next month.

I took my boys in there on Saturday morning and stood at the counter to order smoothies. The girl working there looked right at us and went right back to her conversation with her friend (the only other person in the store). After I waited, then politely said "Excuse me" to her - with no response - we left. First & last visit. I won't miss them.

I'd heard that Darwin wasn't happy with them, but I'm not sure of specifics. Last straw was a beer permit. He told them not to get one and they did anyway.

Sorry about not telling the blab (not sure if I mentioned it anywhere)

I only found out recently myself - I went to Sundown several weeks ago, and discovered they had it.

I am going to Chicago this weekend. I can't remember if i've seen it for sale there or not? (I know I found some at Woodman's Grocery in N. Ill)
