    I really can't believe tellers don't see the guy coming at this point. Electrical tape on his baseball cap, tape on his fingers, his picture all over town. Isn't there a little red button under the counter? Something?

    We went to the bank Saturday morning. Ours has an armed security guard. He made two younger males customers put their hoods down and and others take off their baseball caps as they entered the door.

    I was glad the guard was there.

    A few years ago I walked into AmTrust in Old North Knoxville with an old gym bag, and I got the same treatment. (The bag was full of rolled change I was trying to turn into bills.) Moral: always look respectable and carry a purse.
