I can't stand "lady" either! Those words have gender specific implications attached to them. Lady like and being a gentleman come with a set of rules (usually renders the woman helpless and secondary to the mighty gentleman). There are times when people might find those rules to be acceptable, none of those implications are appropriate at work.
Just read your post about your pros & cons of going to grad school. I also work and UT & feel like I should be using the tuition benefit & have applied to grad school. Sounds like you are going to school full-time??? My goal is to just take a class or two at a time. Like you, I don't want to make huge personal sacrifices!
