thanks for the clarification. actually i could tell where your quotes were coming from, but there were others i couldn't find in the thread. not being critical, but why remove the source name? don't you have to purposely delete it out when you quote?

Maybe you remember a few weeks ago in Rumor's museum thread, I mentioned plans to pass through your area soon. Well it's going to happen next Sunday night. I wonder if you know of a good place to stay for the night. What I'd really like to find is an old fashioned motor court, a place I can park my bike right outside the door for security reasons. I'll also be looking for a meal, ideally within walking distance of the motel but I won't be picky at all about the actual meal.

Do you know of any old relics like that in your area? Failing that, can you point me to a Red Roof or Days Inn or some other chain? I'll be traveling east on Hwy 3 (Plank Rd.), and continuing on Kings Highway to 301 and the optimistically named Nice Memorial Bridge. I'd like to stay on the Virginia side.

Ah...actually we're all coming down. Be in next Friday for a couple days, then down to Nashville to see my Dad and then back through for a couple more.
