Gil Scott Heron is going back to the pen according to the NY Post (can't find the link, but read it Friday) for violating his terms of probation (drug possession conviction). Heron told a Queens Co. judge he was also HIV positive during his hearing. The guy needs help, not time in the slammer. and whiteys on the moon...
