Deanna's Daydreamer

Well, ladies and gents, they tossed the first loser from the train:
T'was Matthew. You can see his final performance at:
http://rockstar.msn.com/
Chris, the dude who trainwrecked the song "Roxanne" a few nights ago survived the elimination round, actually managing a decent performance of "L.A. Woman" with serious input from the house band.
You can click on each 'rocker' at the website to see a synopsis of what they are about, and check out Jenny Galt, who I think might be a decent pick and sort of has that Veruca Salt sound to her voice. Now that Nina Gordon is not heard on rock radio nearly like she was in the 90s, perhaps this girl might be a good pick to front the rock band Supernova.
You can google her name and hear some of her work in Canada. Her one video at the Rockstar website shows her obvious nervous performance. But her recorded work is pretty cool. She shows some promise; click on the audio link below and hear samples:

But some of you musicians here who diss the show and sniff a lip?
COME ON.
You know you didn't want to see American Idol. Atleast THIS show is meant to be a show about rock music, and there are a lot more musical guys and girls here who will listen to rock music than who will slosh thru POP music, which is basically what the powers that be at American Idol want to see.
OH sure... they will talk about 'Bo' but he never really had a chance at winning that thing, dontcha think?
Here's a good chance to get some interesting discussion going on, and I want some of you musical cats to STEP YOUR ASS UP TO THE PLATE.
Have an OPINION.
Watch the show and make some calls. Who sucks? Who is decent?
What...........ever.
It might actually make good fodder for this forum, people.
