Amazing how QUIET things can be in Maryland. But what it means for the CITIZENS of Maryland is something else indeed.

From an executed killer who can hurt no one anymore? To an incarcerated inmate who will one day get paroled.

They tell you that life without parole is a substitute.....

years later you find out that it was not.

Because.... are ya ready? Here it IS, American Woman! LISTEN CLOSELY.

THE JUSTICE SYSTEM WILL RELEASE THEM.

That is what will happen.

The five men on Maryland's death row were quietly moved this week from the hulking Baltimore prison once known as Supermax to a Western Maryland facility hailed recently as one of the most technologically advanced maximum-security prisons in the United States.

The transfer to the North Branch Correctional Institution near Cumberland was carried out amid such secrecy that state prison officials won't give any details -- not even which day the condemned men were moved.

The state's execution chamber will remain in Baltimore at the prison's Metropolitan Transition Center hospital. The state has executed five inmates since capital punishment was reinstated in 1978.

The death row relocation has been in the works since 2004. Former governor and Republican gubernatorial candidate Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. has said he plans to raise capital punishment as a campaign issue, noting that Gov. Martin O'Malley (D) has never signed an execution warrant. Both of Maryland's executions during the past decade came while Ehrlich was governor.
