Dear taxpaying women of Mississippi:

We are PLEASED TO ANNOUNCE that a cost savings has been implemented to the budget of the state,

which will result in atleast a FEW of you ladies paying for one less meal, one less shower, one less lawyer, one less mail delivery, one less medical care for a killer, one less DENTAL care for a killer,

and one less VISION care.... for a killer. We are pleased to announce that one Paul Everette Woodward will no longer need the state of Mississippi to pay for his incredibly EXPENSIVE upkeep.

We no longer need to pay for anything Mister Woodward needed to live.

We realise that literally THOUSANDS of taxpaying, law abiding WOMEN in our state are working at jobs that have NO MEDICAL BENEFITS, or VISION CARE, or DENTAL PLANS......

and we apologize to you all

for proVIDING that same level of care to Mister Woodward.....
