Essex Fells, NJ - Authorities have arrested a man in connection with the death of a 91-year-old whose body was found in his Essex Fells home Thursday morning.
Robert Foster Nevius was found dead inside his home on Fells Road around 9 a.m. Thursday. Authorities were called to his residence when worried family members couldn't get in touch with him.
The victim's chauffeur, Reginald Anthony, 28, of East Orange, is now in police custody.
According to authorities, Anthony robbed and murdered Nevius after driving his wife to the airport. He was arrested on charges of murder, robbery, conspiracy and weapons offenses.
The cause of death was blunt force trauma and strangulation, according to an autopsy report.
Nevius had lived in the town for fifty years and was one of its oldest residents. Police said he was home alone at the time of the attack.
A judge has set Anthony's bail at $1 million. If found guilty, Anthony could face 30 years behind bars in New Jersey State Prison.

A lot of people are actually SHOCKED by this case. In actuality, it is merely a "politically incorrect" crime........ that goes on........ NATIONWIDE.
There was a case in Alabama (the Naomi Rolon case) which warned an entire nation that it was going this way, and while DORKS LIKE DICK GREGORY ignore the evidence? The possibility of a hate crime ALSO gets ignored....... by the FBI........ which, if they had the funding, could have and could in the future IDENTIFY.....
atleast SOME of the violent inter racial crimes in America
as the hate crimes which they actually ARE.
But don't think that Nora O'Donnell will ever INVESTIGATE it!
There is a willing and diabolical amount of absolute BIAS in the American media today.
They LOVE it when that crime equals paradigms that they learned in college.
