"Apparently, there’s a whole lot more to the Cohen situation then previously stated. My brother knows a single lady who has her profile posted on match.com, which is supposed to be a reliable singles site. She told him that this Cohen guy, and a handful of other guys and a couple of their gal pals, all of whom are attorneys and other professionals, entered into a conspiracy a long time ago to misrepresent themselves by posting anonymous singles ads without pictures on match.com, with the intent of deliberately causing emotional and financial harm to a few women with profiles on the site whom one or two of the guys actually knows.

In the ads these guys set up, they misrepresented much about themselves, including such things as their age and marital status. The guys assisted their coconspirators in drafting profiles they knew would be of interest to the women who have profiles placed on match.com, as they are all professional, well educated women. Then, one of the guys who doesn’t know a lady whose profile is posted on match.com, although one or more of his coconspirators likely knew her, would entice her to hook up with him. After the hook-up, the guy would try to extort the lady for sex and money.

A couple of the women who went out with this Cohen guy, for example, were hit on for sex fairly early on, and noticed that Cohen always tried to stick them with as much of the bar/restaurant bill as he could, after he ran up excessive bar tabs from drinking numerous expensive mixed drinks, in comparison to the cost of the drinks and meals the ladies had. As a result of the number of drinks these women observed Cohen consume, I guess none were overly surprised when they learned of his theft charge where the cop put in his report that Cohen smelled of alcohol, staggered, etc. Cohen also asked some of these ladies for campaign donations, and made a point to specifically tell them the maximum amount they could give, etc. A few of the ladies also suspect that Cohen may also have been trying to obtain their bank account numbers from checks he hoped they would write, and then share said information with his coconspirators who, presumably intended to use the information for some sort of malicious purpose.

Most of the women who unknowingly became caught up in all of this are professional, well educated women who, for the most part, discerned fairly quickly that something was awry, but others were less fortunate, and actually got taken for sex, under the illusion a relationship was blossoming, and got stuck with more then their portion of bar/restaurant tabs, campaign contributions, phone bills, etc. Once the guys got the sex and/or money, they’d dump the lady like a hot potato. This is where it gets even more interesting.

The guy who dumped the lady would tell his coconspirators everything, and one of the coconspirators who already had a fictitious singles ad on match.com would hook up with the lady, usually taking on a ‘rescuer’ type of role, knowing she had just been dumped. Anyway, these guys played with a handful of local professional women whose profiles are on match.com, and they would just swap women every month or so, by dumping one and moving onto the next.

Two of the ladies apparently connected unexpectedly at a social event, and described similar experiences from match.com. Afterward, the ladies on match.com put the word out and, at least a few of those who got caught up in all of this found one another, got together, and shared their stories. One lady remarked that she dumped Cohen off at the pass when he first asked for sex, after she became suspicious of the odd times he asked her out, and why she couldn’t reach him one night she knew he was free, after things had seemingly grown a bit more serious in their relationship. So, when Cohen asked to have sex for the first time with her a couple of days after the day she mysteriously couldn’t reach him, she assertively confronted him, and he not only admitted he had gone out with another woman on the night in question, but had had sex with her as well. This lady said she was outraged by what Cohen had done because, by that point in time, Cohen had led her on for over a month, they got along great, and had much in common. So, the last thing she suspected was that he was using her, e.g., trying to extort her for sex and money, as a part of the conspiracy in which a few of the guys who knew the lady and intended to cause her extreme emotional distress and financial harm, convinced Cohen, a coconspirator who had never met her, to ‘take her for a ride,’ so to say, so all the guys could get their thrills. This is so sick, because the lady had really started to genuinely like and care for Cohen.

Another lady related that after she told Cohen she did not have the finances to contribute to his campaign, she received fictitious telephone calls from people purporting to be from some unknown, unaffiliated Republican or Democratic group asking for money. A couple of the other ladies also received similar calls, and noted that the person calling seemed suspicious, and kept trying to pin her down to pledge a certain amount of money. She realized that the Republican and Democratic Parties would never support such tactics and hung the phone up. The ladies involved suspect the fictitious phone calls were yet another attempt by Cohen, and his coconspirators, to con them out of some money, regardless of the amount, because they were primarily interested in obtaining the account numbers from the checks they so desperately tried to get the women to write.

All of the ladies who went out with Cohen told of stories where criminal defendants he has represented would come up to them at a bar or restaurant and relate they had stolen, or destroyed, an opponents campaign sign from this location, or that. The ladies got the impression from these guys that they would do anything to please Cohen, regardless of whether Cohen actually asked or hinted that he’d like something devious done, presumably because they never fully paid for his services. One lady told of how someone vandalized her mailbox in an effort to remove the wooden post on which it sets when she was out one evening right after she had caught onto what Cohen was doing, had a major falling out with him, and overtly refused to make a financial contribution to his campaign. While she doubted Cohen himself did it because he’s an attorney, she suspects one or more of his criminal defendant clients tried to remove the post to use for one of Cohen’s large campaign signs, because she had discerned from being out with Cohen that a good deal of this was going on, and she also knew that it would be a way for Cohen to indirectly, but decisively, let her know that he was behind the vandalism.

Apparently, these conspirators are all educated professional men who generally maintain positions of respect in their communities. Once the ladies got together and began talking amongst themselves, they opined with hindsight that they would not be surprised if many of their conversations with these men, and perhaps even episodes of intimacy and sex, may have been recorded via audio and/or video mediums, so the guys could share their tales with the other conspirators. Some of the ladies are also sure that some of the conspirators deliberately misrepresented their marital status, as some have since learned that a few of these so called respected men of their community are married, and either aren’t getting any sex at home, or are just looking for any sex they can get on the side.

These guys are Predators. The common element among each and every one of them is that they have an underlying hatred toward women, especially educated, professional women, and they get some sort of sick thrill whenever they can take advantage of such women. So far, they have gotten away with it, because they are pillars in their communities. Since the ladies who fell prey to these Predators reported their conspiracy to match.com, and federal and state authorities, (apparently at least 2 of the guys involved are employed by the federal government, are fairly high level bureaucrats who are married, and are commonly referred to in their offices as ‘lurch,’ (from the Addams Family), and ‘the weasel’), the whole thing has been under investigation for sometime. Some of the ladies apparently have opined that wiretaps have been strategically placed in an effort to pin all of these guys down, as well as monitoring of computer emails, and use of surveillance.

Can you believe what this group of middle aged men, many who are pillars in their community and married, are doing? They have tarnished the otherwise respected singles site of match.com, and have literally put the affected ladies through emotional and/or financial hell. I hope the investigations literally pin them to the floor for what they have done. If Cohen knows what’s good for him, he’d better come clean about the extent of his involvement, and cooperate with the court and investigators. Apart from having an underlying hatred of professional women, presumably because these guys can’t stand the thought of a lady being viewed as an equal, let alone winning or being more successful at anything more then they are, they also obviously have pathetic lives because, when it comes down to it, for these guys to resort to the drastic, low down means they have by participating in this vile conspiracy just to get some ‘psycho’ thrill by preying on and taking advantage of otherwise unsuspecting women, it’s easy for anyone to conclude they don’t have much of a ‘life.’ Until these guys are held responsible for their actions, I suggest that all ladies in the Knoxville and Maryville area who have singles ads posted on match.com, or other reputable sites, to use extreme caution with any guys you meet and, even once you think you know them, always follow your instincts!"

Many of us who have had the not so fortunate pleasure to have become socially acquainted with this Cohen guy, generally agree with what is stated above. Cohen came across to us as a skank, and a narcissist, e.g., a self-absorbed, “ME,” type of person, who cares most about himself, and will slyly use ladies, in particular, but anyone, if necessary, whenever it benefits him, regardless of the human, and/or financial cost, his actions foreseeably have on others. So, in our opinion, to describe Cohen as a skanky, narcissistic, arrogant, pompous, and pretentious person is not inconsistent with our experiences.

We all met an attorney who misrepresented himself on match.com who has a college age daughter that is an active participant in various forms of dance, dating back to her years at West High. We wonder how college age daughter of dirty middle aged married male attorney would feel if she actually knew her Dad, and some of his pals, are misrepresenting themselves on personals sites as reputable as match.com to get a little action, especially when there are internet sites specifically tailored for married folks for purposes of 'sex' only?

We all pay a subscription to match.com, because the site has the best reputation on the 'net for posting legitimate personal ads. As a part of that subscription, we agree to a contract that what we post is truthful. Therefore, for her dear ole' Dad, and his dirty middle aged pals, to subscribe and misrepresent themselves on match.com, they are in breach of contract. Gosh guys, are we getting your attention yet, or must we actually resort to naming names?

You see, Ms. College age daughter, dear ole' Dad has been trying to get some on the side for years in all sorts of ways, which we now know is quite well known about the courthouse steps, water fountain, and coffee shop, among many of our colleagues in the area. From what some of them have told us, dear ole' Dad simply can't take "no" for an answer.

There's one attorney who said "no" to dear ole Dad, when he asked to get some on the side from her, and he, along with getting many of his dirty middle aged pals like Cohen, have done nothing but harass her, she had her profile on match.com, by repeatedly misrepresenting themselves on match.com, and a host of other ugly games. This gal, in particular, told your dear ole' Dad after she first said "no" to his advances a long time ago and he threatened to engage in an array of loathesome games, that if he tried to tango with her, (mess with her in any way), that she only plays hardball, so he best be ready to tango. So far, your dear ole' Dad has lost every one of his dastardly games and, rather then go on with life, dear ole' Dad remains obsessed, because he's immature, and absolutely can't stand losing to an educated, professional female.

Hopefully, college age daughter's choice among men will be better then those who possess traits her father espouses. Based on her "diatribe," however, we're not so sure. Perhaps this will serve as a wake up call for her.

The reason this entire story is so surreal is because it is REAL, i.e., TRUE. All of us experienced and got caught up in the in the games of these dirty, middle aged, immature, horny men in one form or another. What the guys weren't counting on is that we would learn of their vile games and OUT them. The more they continue to engage in these types of filthy games and impact our lives, the more aggressive we will become in OUTING them. It's your choice guys. We suggest you swallow a BIG GULP, respect that a bunch of educated, professional women outwitted you, and quit trying to screw around with us.

The overwhelming concensus among us is that you're one of the most snobbish, disdainful, and cocky bitches we've ever come across. Here's the latest:

The past 3-days, a few of us mysteriously had our local newspaper(s) torn up into tiny pieces by our newspaper and adjacent mailboxes. One of the gals just happenes to be the gal whose fence post her mailbox is attached to was attempted to be stolen during the Primary Election, right after she refused to make a contribution to Cohen's campaign for Sessions Judge, (aren't judicial candidates supposed to be held to even a higher standard?), and she, along with her neighbors, have the best surveillance systems!

Once again, guys, you're so juvenile, it's laughable.

Remarkably, your actions have occurred immediately subsequent to Cohen's hearing, held earlier this week, on Tuesday, May 23, 2006, in which he learned he's getting off unscathed i.e., his case will be Dismissed in 90-days with completion of "treatment" and payment of court costs. Thus, the timing of your childish actions is obviously more then coincidence to even the most naive of persons.

Not only have we reported the incidents to ALL local and federal authorities, including the Sheriff's Dept., the News Sentinel, The Maryville Daily Times, (and OUCH, they aren't too fond when their best customers are screwed out of their newspaper 3-days in a row, and they are forced to drive out to these places everytime this happens with replacement newspapers), so they have also reported said action to local authorities, requested patrol cars be positioned near the affected areas, and notified neighbors nearby who are also customers.

Apart from the observance of the patrol cars, a couple of the gals also have security systems with cameras that work day and night. Tapes from these cameras undoubtedly will depict and identify the callow idiots in action.

As before, we suspect the culprits include former repeat defendants Cohen and Co. have represented - You know, the same bunch who kept coming up to us when we were out with Cohen, and letting him know they had stolen opponents' campaign signs and fence posts back during the election.

Oh, the cameras and patrol car guys have linked one of the other slime bag attorneys involved in all of this, (shh...his last name rhymes with, "socks," he has a college aged daughter who's active in dance, a young adult son who graduated from college in Washington, D.C., a couple of years ago, and a wife whom we can't wait to tell all about the experiences we've had with him).

Darn girls, just when we thought we could hang this Cohen stuff up, the immature, juvenile acts of these guys once again indicates they never let go of anything, especially any losses to women! Oh, how their fragile male egos must hurt!

So girls, based on the actions of these guys, we'll continue our efforts to OUT ALL of them, and this will include writing to the substitute Judge and the DA in Cohen's case in correlation with evidence already given to authorities. Oh, lets not forget the Board of Professional Responsibility. It's also about time we let the wives and ex-wives of these guys know what they've been up to.

The behavior of these guys just goes to show you that immaturity and stupidity are two of the most difficult obstacles to overcome in life, and ALL these guys are perfect poster children in support of this old adage.

The guys can stop all of this by simply leaving us alone. Until that happens, however, we intend to be as relentless in OUTING them, as they have been in messing around with our lives. To date, and some of this has been going on for years, these guys have demonstrated they're much too callow to let anything go where we're concerned. It's akin to thought processes typically used by controller's and abuser's, regardless of marital status, e.g., "If I can't have her, (or them), then no one can."

What's different for the first time in years, is that a few of us have gotten together and vowed not to let up on these guys, until they, and their cohorts, totally and completely leave us alone, and stop trying to screw around with our lives. They're always open to do this but, so far, their male egos just haven't quite let them bring themselves to do so.

I saw the following information posted on another blog, and I thought it would be good to share it, as it gives you a little more insight and context as to just what the Match.Cohen guys did to these ladies. Keep in mind other loathsome schemes connived by these guys have been perpetrated on some of these ladies for more then 5-years now.

The author very interestingly noted that the Match.Cohen ladies have fathers too, who are just as pissed, and angry, with ALL the guys who participate in these schemes, just the same as any of these guys would be with men who may attempt to engage in such behavior with their daughters at any time during their adult years. This is a very good point, as many of these guys have daughters, and the timing so close to Father’s Day only reinforced the point being made to the guys that much more. Moreover, their dad’s really are extremely angry.

What follows is a description of some relevant background and known ‘Players’ who create and participate in the various schemes targeted toward these, and other, ladies.

"Psycho," is the ex-hubby of the gal "Hotsi-Totsi" has harassed for over 5-years now, all because she declined his sexual advances. “Psycho” is a real nut case known to never let go of a grudge, or be able to move on with anything in life. "Psycho" has been in on ALL the schemes these guys have perpetrated on his ex-wife through the years. He really, truly is "Psycho," and NEVER lets go of anything, including his ex-wife. Despite his educational accomplishments, the guy has never been able to hold a job for any appreciable period of time. He’s also 12 years older then his ex-wife. They met in college years ago. At the time, “Psycho” was a decent student who did not have the history of unemployment, or the nuttiness that came to light in the years after their marriage. For the most part, the wife was the breadwinner, despite being 12 years younger, and “Psycho” did a very good job of living off her.

The divorce between “Psycho” and the lady attorney started more then 15+ years ago. The divorce was way out in left field, because “Psycho” represented himself during their divorce, knowing that would place him in a position to manipulate the Court, since courts pretty much have to bend over backwards for unrepresented litigants. “Psycho” got every continuance and delay he requested. The purpose behind his actions was to put his ex-wife through as much emotional, financial, and physical health problems as he could, hoping that he would ultimately destroy her either physical health wise, mental health wise, and/or financially. His former wife had had ovarian cancer at the age of 29, less then 1-year after she graduated from law school, and required major surgery, and several other minor surgeries related to this condition over the years. She filed for divorce about 1-year after her bout with ovarian cancer, so “Psycho” knew her health was vulnerable. He also deliberately tried to cause her to lose her job with her employer.

“Psycho” additionally wrote numerous scurrilous letters and court filings and sent them to every business, institution, and person he could think of that might in some way have dealings, or know his ex-wife. These were so repulsive that the Court immediately placed many under seal that were sent to the Court. “Psycho” also got a group of his buddies to stalk and intimidate his former wife throughout the duration their divorce lasted, which was nearly 5-years! They had no real property, no kids, and nominal personal property that was almost all placed in storage for “Psycho” in the first few months of the divorce. Yet, it was more important for “Psycho” to drag the divorce out as long as possible, because he was banking that his former wife would ‘crack’ under all the pressure he was placing on her. She lived through the humiliation and embarrassment caused by the numerous scurrilous letters and documents “Psycho” literally sent to the world with the sole purpose of trying to ruin her reputation, as well as her physical and emotional health. All the continuances and delays “Psycho” was granted by the court additionally increased his former wife’s attorney fees. Being the manipulative bastard “Psycho” is, she always had to hire court reporters for every little proceeding, because “Psycho” could not be trusted if one were not used.

During the years of the divorce, “Psycho’s” former wife had numerous Order’s of Protection, Restraining Orders, and more 911 calls then OJ Simpson’s former wife, (their divorce was before the infamous OJ case). Despite being a young local attorney in good standing in Knoxville, NONE of these things, e.g., OOP’s, RO’s, or 911 calls, did any good. She soon learned that calling 911 was nothing more then a ‘joke’ at that time. On one occasion when the court arranged at 10:00AM for officers to be at her house at 4:00PM, when “Psycho” was scheduled to pick up some belongings from her covered front porch, the damn cops failed to show, and “Psycho” attempted to break into the home. Keep in mind the Court had arranged for the cops to be there hours earlier. On a previous occasion after she had changed all the locks on the house, “Psycho” broke into the home and was lying in wait for her in the dark. She got away from him.

The terror this gal lived through was incredible. Yet, the Court did nothing to punish “Psycho” for any of his conduct. This lady attorney had to sit in the witness stand the better part of a 4-day trial that occurred in this case, and endure “Psycho” asking her all kinds of ridiculous questions. Even though there were no kids or real property, and the personal property had largely been divided early in the divorce, it was more important to “Psycho” to put his former wife through the stress of a 4-day trial during which he offered no testimony on his behalf. “Psycho” demanded alimony, which his former wife refused, as he was an able bodied worker who lived off of her earnings and student loans when she was in law school. He was also 12 years her senior and well educated. The couple had 3-vehicles when they separated, and that was the only other real issue at trial. Two of the vehicles were in her name, because “Psycho” never worked or had any credit. To avoid trial, she offered him the vehicle she had managed to pay off in the 3-years their divorce lingered before trial, but he declined the offer, as it was more important to him to put her through the stress of a trial in hopes she would ‘crack’ under the pressure.

After the trial court judge issued his decision, “Psycho” sued him in Federal Court. The case was ultimately dismissed. He appealed the divorce case with his former wife through the Tenn. Supreme Court. While the Appellate Courts dismissed his appeals, she still had to pay counsel higher Appellate rates for briefs required to respond to his appeals. When it was all said and done, this young lady lawyer had about $30k in fees related to her divorce that involved no kids, no real property, and nominal personal property, the bulk of which was given to her ex early in the divorce. She also had about $30k in student loans.

Another Player is ‘Socks,’ or “Hotsi-Totsi.” He’s the attorney who made sexual advances more then 5-years ago to the lady attorney who divorced “Psycho” several years earlier. He has engaged in scheme after scheme involving her ever since, only because she declined his sexual advances 5-years ago. What’s more intriguing, is that she worked for this attorney as a Law Clerk for 4-years when she was in Law School. She began working as Law Clerk the year before she started Law School. Apparently, she was under the mistaken assumption this guy was someone she considered a friend, which is something he has never proven to be. She called him as a character witness relevant to her law school years during her divorce trial. While the guy didn’t hurt her, he sure as hell didn’t help her any either. Both she and her counsel couldn’t help but notice this. This fact becomes relevant over time in terms of the schemes this attorney has perpetrated on her over the past 5-years. It also suggests this attorney has been in touch with this ladies ex, “Psycho,” in the more then 15 years since their divorce.

A third Player is a federal bureaucrat attorney, a/k/a "The Weasel." At the time, “The Weasel” was a colleague of the lady attorney. He had also socialized with her and “Psycho” when they were married, and she had a great deal to do with helping him obtain the job where she is also an attorney. “The Weasel” and “Psycho” had reportedly had a falling out at the time she filed for divorce, but she remained friends with “The Weasel,” as he was her colleague in the same office at the time. Unbeknown to her until just before her divorce case went to trial, she discovered “The Weasel” had gone to great lengths to meddle in her divorce. At some point, he rekindled his friendship with “Psycho,” although it is suspected this occurred more out of fear of “Psycho” then anything. So, “The Weasel” was in frequent contact with this lady’s ex, but she was unaware of it. After hours, “The Weasel” went through everything in her office with the deliberate intent of looking for any evidence that could be used against her in her divorce, or otherwise assist her ex in the divorce. After the ladies ex had broken into her home and was lying in wait, she took all important papers, etc., to her office where she was of the opinion they would be safer. Just before the trial began, she discovered someone had broken into a locked filing cabinet in her office. Then, at the hearing a week, or so later, her ex presented numerous items that could only have been retrieved from her office. In fact, several of these items had actually been taken from the waste basket in her office. “The Weasel’s” meddling in this ladies divorce case truly amounted to an attempt to change the outcome of the divorce. It was Obstruction of Justice. Evidence showing “The Weasel” in the building at all sorts of odd and wee morning hours was obtained, but nothing was done by the authorities or his employer. Under pressure from the lady and others in the office, he ultimately transferred to another office doing the same job. "The Weasel" literally has a butt bigger then most women, and he gossips more then most women. As with the other sociopath guys, "The Weasel" also has a reputation for never being able to let anything go and move on with life. His actions reflect that this is particularly true where women are concerned. As with the other men, he also shares an underlying hatred of women. Hell, from what I heard, he couldn't even get American ladies to date him. He's been overseas at least 2-3 times and married mail order brides. Apparently, he thinks he can 'control' foreign brides easier. The first left him in less then a month. What a piece of work “The Weasel” is.

A fourth Player, of sorts, in all of this is another US Gov't. bureaucrat, a/k/a "Lurch," (the guy reminds people of the character 'Lurch' from the Addams Family). “Lurch” is also an attorney who is a colleague of the lady attorney who went through the divorce with “Psycho” years ago. He tries to keep his hands as clean as he can from all the Cons the other guys get him involved in, but the poor guy just can't help himself but to indulge a bit in their convoluted schemes. He usually serves as the look out man, and the behind the scenes set-up man. Although he's married, some speculate that he entertains thoughts of a little on the side, (if you know what I mean), and enjoys participating in the schemes with these guys. The recent Match.Cohen scheme provided exposure to single ladies in the area just in case his thoughts of ‘the side stuff’ became more appealing. He’s more ‘in on the know’ of what the guys are doing, rather then a truly active Player.

Another Player in the guys’ recent Match.Cohen scheme is Tom, a/k/a the "Alpha Man," from match.com whose last name rhymes with Darryl, and is also identical to the name of a well known ice cream parlor chain throughout the US. One of his most recent roles was that of 'rescuer,' who tried to enter the lady attorney's life, e.g., former wife of “Psycho,” and the lady “Hotsi-Totsi” has harassed for more then 5-years now, right after her dating and friendship fiasco with Bob Cohen. She OUTED him early, because his actions were so easy to read.

The other well known Player is Bob Cohen, the local attorney who was a candidate for Blount Sessions Court Judge, during much of this. Cohen is good friends with Knoxville attorney “Hotsi-Totsi,” and he also lives near “Lurch,” the federal attorney who is a colleague of the lady attorney who declined “Hotsi-Totsi’s” sexual advances 5+ years ago. “Lurch” also knows “Hotsi-Totsi,” as well as an attorney associate in “Hotsi-Totsi’s” office who handles cases of the nature “Lurch,” as well as the lady attorney being discussed, work on. The lady attorney had a profile on match.com, which is today’s most popular way for singles to meet. Cohen also put his profile on match.com. At a certain point, Cohen and the lady attorney connected via match.com. They emailed one another several times, and conversed in several phone calls initiated by Bob in the wee morning hours. They finally got around to meeting one another. Apart from Bob’s drinking, the bar tab issue, and other red flags that seemed apparent at their first meeting, they enjoyed talking and conversing with one another and got along well.

As is stated in detail in all the blogs on this issue, they would have a total of 3 more dates. It was during the week of the final date that she couldn’t reach Bob on a Friday she knew he did not have custody of his kids, that she unsuccessfully tried to reach Bob. She even observed that Bob was active on the match.com site, but had not returned her message. On Sunday, 2-days later, she and Bob had what would be their last date. Romantically, things had led up to consideration of sex. It was at that point that she questioned Bob where he was on Friday. Not only did Bob admit to having gone out with another lady from match.com, he also stated he had had sex with her. Verbally, she went ballistic and gave Bob a good piece of her mind. She left without intention of seeing Bob again.

About 1-week later, she wakes up one morning to local channel 6 news and learns about Bob’s arrest the night before. Based on what she had observed over the brief time she knew Bob, she wasn’t real surprised. She ultimately emailed Bob and asked if she could be of any help as a friend, etc. The two exchanged emails, and they had one long phone conversation in the wee hours of the morning. Afterward, Bob was never very friendly, or opened up as a friend to her. Bob refused to tell her anything about Detox, but in the email he sent to her before he left, he asked her for a campaign contribution and for help with his campaign.

She was more then willing to assist but, after Bob left without giving any indication where he was, and she sort of expected it had something to do with substance abuse treatment, she sent Bob an email and told him she wanted to know more about where and what he was doing while out of town, before she could logically make a financial contribution or help work on his campaign while he was gone.

That evening in cold rain, she came home to discover someone had tried to steel the fence post her mailbox is on, an act she often heard about when she was out with Bob, and her mailbox was broken. Clearly, since there was so much hoopla over taking fence posts for campaign signs when she was out with Bob, she immediately associated the dirty tactic as having come via Bobs wishes.

When she awoke the next morning, she had a curt email from Bob indicating he never wanted anything to do with her. She emailed him back and said “fine,” but emphasized several behavioral things she had discerned for which he had better seek help before things in his life worsen. She never heard from Bob again.

When you think about it, you can see many similar personality traits and views toward all these men have in common. Now, to give everyone a true sense of just how low and disgusting these guys are, it is important that you know that each and everyone of these guys is well aware of the tumultuous history the lady attorney referenced above has been through over the past 15+ years. There was the ‘divorce from hell’ with “Psycho,” during which neither he, or any of his cohorts, were ever punished. She had numerous OOP’s, RO’s, and more 911 calls then what OJ Simpson’s ex-wife would end up having. She learned that calling 911 was little more then a joke at the time. Even when the cops were called several hours in advance by the judge’s secretary and told to be at her place at a certain time, the cops never showed. On the advice of several people, including federal judges with whom she worked, she bought firearms and learned to use them for her own protection, as she clearly could not rely on the legal system for protection. Purchasing the firearms was the only thing that deterred her ex and his cohorts.

Moreover, she had just overcome surgery for ovarian cancer the year she filed for divorce. The shock to her body by the loss of female hormones caused all kinds of untoward problems for the next few years, until her body adjusted. She ended up undergoing surgery for removal of a lump from one of her breasts, the year after she had ovarian cancer surgery. Then, she had to undergo several minor surgical procedures for removal of cancerous type lesions about the area of her ‘female’ organs.

Not inconsistent with ovarian cancer survivors, and certainly exacerbated by stress from the divorce from hell, she developed paralysis of the GI tract, gastroparesis, or markedly delayed emptying of the GI tract for both solids and liquids. She underwent several invasive diagnostic abdominal surgeries due to this impairment to no avail starting the first year after her divorce finally ended. She then agreed to have an experimental device surgically implanted in her abdomen in an effort to instill the nerves and muscles in her GI tract to work, but her body rejected it. 9-months post-op, one of the surgical incisions suddenly opened, and her abdomen was completely filled with infection. The med school where the experimental device was surgically implanted hemmed and hawed around ‘till they could get their 12-months of data. They couldn’t even sew her abdomen up once the device was removed, because all the infection had to slowly drain from her body. Several med students were surprised she even survived that level of infection. She continues to deal with the untoward effects from gastroparesis, which have only worsened over the years.

About a year, or so, later, a large herniated disc was discovered in the ladies neck with significant compromise of the spinal cord. She had complained of neck and shoulder pain for years, received PT and Cortisone shots, and her family doctor at the time blew it off as nothing more then stress. By the time she could consult at least 2-surgeons after the disc was discovered and decide on one, the disc below also herniated and compromised the cord even more. She underwent a 2-level cervical discectomy and fusion, using her own bone taken from one of her hips. This surgery broke down after about 1-year, and diagnostic studies revealed that the disc immediately above the fused area, which is where the plate was screwed, had herniated. She had to undergo a 2nd multi-level cervical discectomy and fusion. The previous surgical area had to be redone sufficient to install a larger 3-level plate to hold her cervical vertebrae together. This required a much larger incision then the first surgery, from chest to chin. A donor bone graft had to be used for the second surgery, because she didn’t have enough bone in her hips to use her own bone like she did the first time. The lady has had nothing but problems since the second neck surgery.

Earlier this year, she learned that her surgery was performed during the time frame in which several local hospitals received bogus donor grafts, and a donor graft from one of the suppliers implicated was used in her second surgery. Moreover, a recent MRI scan of her neck showed an ‘eccentric bulge’ with some flattening of the spinal cord of not only the disc of the recent fusion site, but of the one immediately above it, which is where the large plate is screwed. She struggles with an array of neurological sequela associated with chronic cervical myelopathy, radiculopathy, incapacitating migraine headaches, persistent Lhermitte’s sign, etc. She has been told she will likely require another neck surgery which will require going into the rear of her neck, instead of the front as in the 2-previous surgeries, in order to stabilize her neck in some way, perhaps using a rod. Naturally, the lady is in chronic pain and often doesn’t feel very well. Nevertheless, she struggles to work and live as much of a normal life as she can.

So, while this particular lady is an attorney, she’s had to deal with situations many of us may never endure to such a degree. She’s proven that she’s a fighter, and tries to be optimistic. The real disgusting thing here is that ALL of the guys involved in the most recent scheme, as well as others that have targeted her, are ALL aware of the outrageous divorce she went through years ago, as well as her history of having had several major surgeries, and chronic health problems which she tries to not let them get her down.

Despite being mindful of all these things this lady attorney has been through, the low life sociopath guys, (bastards), described above, actually took pride, laughed, and enjoyed the cons they perpetrated on this lady. In fact, these guys get an even bigger thrill from the destruction they do through their cons to a lady who has really been put through the ‘ringer’ in so many other ways in life, then they do from the cons they perpetrate on ladies who have not experienced any where near the degree of adverse life circumstances as this lady. This shows the world that ALL these men truly are sociopath scum bags who have no conscience and literally get some sort of sick thrill from perpetrating these types of schemes on women. The more they can do to destroy a woman, the better. These guys are here in our area. Oftentimes, they are married professionals considered pillars in their community at some point. Their schemes are not only based on internet personals ads. They use a variety of methods and approaches to prey on women. ‘OUTING’ them relentlessly is the best thing we can do as a community and society in an effort to keep them more in check.

Because these women can't seem to figure out that meeting a guy on an internet dating site MIGHT be a, um, less than good idea. That a person MIGHT pretend to be a better person than they really are. If they were so great, the "ladies" included, they would be able to meet people by having actual conversations and socializing the way most people do. Why don’t you try using your brain for a change? If you actually read the facts as presented, you get an “F” in reading comprehension. The Match.Cohen ladies are all in their late 30’s, 40’s, and early 50’s. Most have been through at least one marriage. Only in the recent past did they try a hand at internet dating, and that only occurred after encouragement by friends to try it, in addition to all the media hype about it being the most savvy way to meet singles to date these days. As professionals, several of whom are attorneys, do you honestly think for one minute that these ladies ever let their guard down with any guys they communicated with on internet personals? Get Real. There’s a fine line between taking appropriate precautions with internet dating, and being overly paranoid that every guy you meet is in some way associated with one of the guys in the above ring who has agreed to play along with the game and ‘take her for a ride.’ These guys have repeatedly been doing this over and over to unsuspecting women. Some of the women have been targeted several times, primarily because one or more of the guys knows her, and they simply can’t stand that the women figured their schemes out every time. Not every scheme even involves internet personals. As was stated, these guys use an array of forums to perpetrate their cons on women. While it’s true women have been known to do similar things with guys, that scenario so far is much less prevalent.

Your insinuation that one of our problems is that we spread our legs too easily shows beyond any doubt there’s not much happening up there in your cerebral cortex. Had you read the facts, you would have learned that none of these professional ladies was quick to spread her legs. To the contrary, just the opposite was true. “Hotsi-Totsi,” the ringleader, has a history with the lady attorney mentioned in the factual presentation from “Goofy,” and the facts demonstrate that much of this started a little over 5-years ago when she declined his sexual advances. He’s a married attorney whose family is well established here in Knoxville. When she said “no,” some 5-years ago, he threatened that he would harass her in any ways he could think of, because the bottom line is he couldn’t deal with the fact that she turned his ass down. After a few of his schemes were discovered by her, and she quietly had a chuckle and went on with life, “Hotsi-Totsi” never did. He just keeps coming up with one scheme after the next, and he involves friends of his she doesn’t know to hook up with her, mislead her under false pretenses, take advantage of her, etc. Thus far, she has caught all of them before they could drop the bomb on her, and that just infuriates “Hotsi-Totsi.” Internet personals have only been one of many ways these guys hook up with her and other gals.

Had you read the facts as set out by “Goofy,” these guys aren’t looking for easy sex. What they are doing is an orchestrated game or scheme sociopaths often engage. Their thrill is the challenge of misleading the lady and seeing just how far they can get doing it and cause as much destruction to her and her life as possible. Anything like OOP’s, RO’s, etc., only entice these guys more and increase the risk of the challenge. Depending on how far they are able to mislead the lady, there are obviously opportunities for them to take advantage of sex, the ladies financial resources, etc. What’s really bad is when they are able to mislead the lady long enough to the point where her minor kids begin to really accept the guy into their lives. Then, when the guy drops the bomb and disappears, the emotional turmoil these kids experience is often overwhelming.

Do these sociopath guys give a damn about the feelings of the kids, the lady, or any other destruction they bring into these people’s lives – hell no. THEY HAVE NO CONSCIENCE WHATSOEVER. Just as with the lady attorney “Hotsi-Totsi” has been harassing for years. Neither he, nor any of his friends he enticed into his scheme, gave a damn that she has already experienced more turmoil then many of us will in our entire lifetime. They knew everything about her divorce from hell years ago, and her history of very severe, chronic health problems which have required several major surgeries, and presently leave her in chronic pain and not feeling well most of the time. Despite such adversity, she continues to work as an attorney, which is quite remarkable, and not at all easy. She has never done anything to any of these guys. Yet, they repeatedly target her by getting guys they know to hook up with her in some form or fashion, and mislead her that they are interested in getting to know her, dating her, etc., when nothing could be further from the truth.

The con is always the same: mislead her, or any of the women, to the point the guys know when they drop the bomb and disappear, the lady will be hurt in some way. You know, as if the lady attorney who has already lived through enough hell in her life hasn’t suffered enough, the thrill these guys get from targeting someone such as her whom they can hurt just that much more is what they are really after and live for in all of this – not sex. The more challenges and risks these guys can take in perpetrating the cons on these women, the more the thrill for them. These guys actually feed on this thrill. If, at some point while they are misleading the lady, sex becomes part of the con, then that’s just extra brownie points for the guys.

So Geisha, you’re telling us you sanction and fully support what these guys are doing? Keep in mind they are professionals, some considered pillars in their communities, some married, and all middle aged. The lady lawyer “Goofy” mentioned in the factual presentation suffered ovarian cancer at the age of 29. It was diagnosed right after she learned she had passed the Bar Exam. There’s no family history of such cancer. She underwent major surgery at the time, and years of associated problems that required outpatient surgeries, not to mention development of paralysis of the GI tract which is not uncommon in ovarian cancer survivors. Despite all the health problems she has experienced, she’s still fairly young and looks well for all she’s been through. Neither she, nor any of the other ladies, are, “dumb lonely women who don’t know how to date,” as you so callously remarked. As stated above, many of these ladies have been married and divorced, are nice looking, intelligent ladies, who’ve been all around the dating scene since long before you were born, and never had problems dating in their lives when they choose to do so.

Think about it: Do you honestly think “Hotsi-Totsi” would have hit on the lady lawyer who went through the divorce from hell and struggles with several health problems, if she were some ugly ass bitch? Let alone take her decline of his sexual advances so personally as to cause him to repeatedly employ one dirty ass scheme after the next on her well after 5-years since she said “no,” to him? Keep in mind, the SOB is married.

There are many issues in our society today that are important. The behavior of these men is clearly that of sociopaths. Through their actions, what do you think they are teaching their kids, regardless of their ages? That it’s OK to treat women like they do or, to their daughters, don’t worry when a guy does this to you. It is part of the human psyche, or condition, which formulates who and what we represent as a society. If men such as these guys are not held accountable and permitted to get away with such conduct over and over it will only progress and become even more rampant in our society. It seems the gal “Hotsi-Totsi” has harassed now for more then 5 years, you know, the one who’s already experienced more adversities in life then most of us ever will, has had a new tree placed in the landscape she had redone about her place sabotaged – In other words, killed by someone pouring a blend of chemicals about the base of the tree. This tree costs more then $5000, and is insured by her landscape contractor, as well as her homeowner’s insurance and, boy, are they upset. You see, exactly 1-year ago, the same thing happened to the tree planted in the very same spot. That was also investigated by both insurance companies. Now, they are in a better situation to tie all the evidence to the same ring leading culprit, “Hotsi-Totsi.” This gals surveillance system uses technology that turns night vision into day vision, and all of this was caught not only on her system, but on the surveillance systems of her neighbors. Dirty ass people like “Hotsi-Totsi” & Company never know when to stop. Remember, that’s how and why we got here, and why we will be RELENTLESS, until this shit stops, these guys are appropriately punished, and restitution made, especially to this lady. As “Hotsi-Totsi” & Company are well aware, she is not well and has medical bills up the ‘wazoo.’ But, do these guys care one bit – Hell no. They have no conscience what so ever.

Over the past 3-days, “Hotsi-Totsi” was observed via surveillance to drive by this gal’s home on at least 2-occasions in his Nissan Black SUV to check the results of his crime. You know, criminals always come back to check the results of their crimes, especially a sadistic SOB like, “Hotsi-Totsi.” This afternoon, “Hotsi-Totsi’s” daughter and a friend were observed via surveillance to drive back and forth this gals home also checking out the result of the crime she assisted her dad in committing, i.e., total destruction of a beautiful tree. And, “Hotsi-Totsi” prides himself on being such a politically liberal Democrat. We wonder what his liberal Democrat friends will think about his willingness to destroy a beautiful living tree in yet another sadistic rage brought on this gal’s refusal to have sex with him more then 5-years ago? The insurance companies have already traced the link of the culprit who did the actual “dirty work” right back to “Hotsi-Totsi” & Company. The first time this gal refused “Hotsi-Totsi’s” sexual advances a little over 5-years ago, he retained the services of Knoxville’s well known court house computer hacker, a friend of his then college age son, to hack into her computer, destroy the hard drive, and her satellite. Again, thousands of dollars in damage, and an investigation that traced the money to the ultimate sociopath of them all – yes, “Hotsi-Totsi.” Gee, all this because this gal politely refused his sexual advances!?!

Presumably, the mother of Cohen's kids would have had to have been in on the scheme these low life, scum bag attorneys perpetrated on you, at least recently, in case you really bought their bait and made contact with her. It’s my understanding that a number of folks have brought up what ALL these attorney’s did to the BPR. A number of people recognize who these characters are, and match.com has agreed to cooperate with any investigation. A little humiliation and embarrassment is hardly enough for these guys. The funniest thing was to watch these guys after the Match.Cohen Gals talked about their dads being angry and heading to their sides. A few of these dads apparently are expert marksmen and renowned hunters, and articles about them in various hunting and outdoors magazines show that they are in better physical and mental shape then any of these space wasting guys. When all the stuff about the dads was being talked about, a few of these guys literally **** and pissed their pants more then once. They were often observed to be nervous and shaking for no apparent reason, and a couple couldn’t even hold lunch down without barfing it right back up. They also spilled most of their coffee during lunch, because they couldn’t hold the cup without shaking frantically. Some of them confided they hadn’t slept in days, because they were so worried about these ladies’ dads. Signs of their guilt flashed like a neon light all about them...

The Match. Cohen dad’s have officially opened ‘Hunting Season!’ All the heat… So much anger… Their lids apparently just blew… They already had a ‘Pow-Wow’… Planned their hunt… And are en route.

A couple of these dad’s are professional hunter’s and marksmen, having traveled all over the world on an array of sanctioned hunting expeditions. It’s unlikely there are many species they have no experience hunting. The numerous racks of horns, hides, and pictures that cover walls of their basements, dens, and home offices, reflect their success as hunter’s.

Here's what really happened: I'm bored one day and I'm browsing around Match.com. I come across a profile of what appears to be a beautful, interesting woman. I send her a "wink" and we start to chat. After reading her description of herself and seeing her photographs, I can't wait to meet this lady. So we meet. Ugh! She completely misrepresented herself. First, there is no way that body could be described as "slim." The last time this chick was slim was on her birthday--her original birthday. From that point forward, it was nothing but cheetos and twinkies for this beast. Second, her photos were at least seven years old. Let me tell you--it had been seven long, hard years for this lady. The only way I could describe her physical features is "repulsive." The whole time she goes on and on about all her bowel and gastrointestinal problems--yuck! As if I really want to hear about that over dinner. I keep my eyes on the prize and stay focused on one thing--returning this cow back to the barnyard from whence she came. If you read the entire thread here, it was announced more then once that the lady "Hotsi-Totsi" has harassed and destroyed property she owns Law Clerked for him for 4 years many moons ago when she was a Law Student at UT. She didn't see him much after she finished Law School.

He fucked her over when she asked him to be a character witness relevant to the period of time she was in law school at her divorce trial years ago. When she asked "Hotsi-Totsi" to testify, she was under the impression they were friends. This is what an asshole "Hotsi-Totsi" is. While he didn't hurt her in his testimony at her divorce, he didn't do a damn thing to help her either! She later learned that dear old "Hotsi-Totsi" made a deal with the Devil, her ex, a/k/a "Psycho." It takes one to know one! Once she is divorced, they only ran into one another on occasion.

Then a little over 5-years ago, "Hotsi-Totsi" learns she went out once with a friend/acquaintance of his, another attorney. She had not yet even tried internet personals at that time. She met the attorney in a public place where they both had business. As soon as "Hotsi-Totsi" learned she had gone out once with his friend/acquaintance, he became enraged, and interferred with his unmarried friend/acquaintance, (remember, "Hotsi-Totsi" is married), from going out with her again. Then, "Hotsi-Totsi: hits on her for sex, and she says, "no." That's where much of this BS began. He hasn't left her alone since.

If this gal is such a fat, ugly cow who talked about her gut, etc., by the way, given this lady really does have these health problems and that they stem from a history of ovarian cancer, that is extremely crude for any person to say, everyone knows "Hotsi-Totsi" clearly would not have gone to such great lengths to harass her and vandalize her property for more then 5 years, let alone become enraged when he learned a friend/acquaintance had gone out with her. So idiots, get real.

The underlying hatred toward women in general is also reflected in his writing. His former Law Clerk never did anything to the SOB to ask for what he's done to her. Until the divorce hearing testimony, she thought he was a friend. Look at what the SOB has done to her over the past 5-years and all this ONLY because she said "no" to his sexual advances!?! My brother is a landscape contractor. $5000.00 for a decent tree bought and planted when an entire place is being landscaped under a contract is actually a pretty good price. It's not at all unusual for trees to cost a lot more then this. If any of you ever build a home and use a landscape contractor for the landscape, which is usually the case, the cost of trees, plants, shrubs, etc., can easily run up into the tens of thousands of dollars, and often higher.

By the time the trial occurred in her divorce case from hell, more then 3-years had elapsed. The Devil you made a deal with was more interested in destroying her in any way possible, e.g., emotionally, physically, or financially which, when you think about it, is exactly what you have been doing all these years. We’ve had enough of your shit. We’re the guys who are your colleagues, friends, and acquaintances who have practiced law with you on one side or the other, worked out with you, and socialized with you through the years. That’s right, even we will not tolerate your sorry ass, and will speak us for the ladies, especially the gal you’ve targeted for so damn many years. Many of us recall when she clerked for you, and met her when she attended depositions, trials, conferences, lunches with you, and we also remember her from the “Y” where she worked out in law school. We may not know her well, but we know you, and none of us approves of the way you have treated her for the last several years. Here goes:

1. She law clerked for you about 4 years, starting the year before she began law school. It was as much of a job for her, as a learning experience, which is why she often attended depositions, conferences, and trials when she could.

2. She has always been a nice, well respected person, whom we know has never done anything to your sorry ass to deserve all the crap you’ve done to her.

3. Many of us recall all the locker room talk during the years of her divorce. It was much of the talk around the courthouse at the time, because her ex was so off the wall and willing to do anything to discredit and, frankly, destroy her, if possible. We know of very few folks who worked in the courthouse back then who didn’t feel threatened by this guy, and we also recall how security was markedly increased when ever he was expected in court.

4. We didn’t hear your testimony, but some of us heard about what little you offered from her counsel, a solid ethical attorney of many years here in Knoxville.

5. The only reason you didn’t hit on her sooner then 5 years ago, is because we all know your wife put such tight skids on you throughout much of the 1990’s into 2000, and seriously threatened divorce, unless you cut your rages of anger which you let out over every little thing back then.

6. We observed how seriously threatened you were by your wife’s ultimatum and divorce threat, and you eventually learned to control your rages a little more then you had previously.

7. You hit on your old law clerk a year or two before your youngest graduated high school, which was a time when things had settled down with your wife and were much less tense around home. You finally felt comfortable enough with the situation between you and your wife that you could cad around a bit without fear of her watching your every move, and you were dying for a bit on the side.

8. You didn’t anticipate your former law clerk, by this time divorced for several years, to decline your sexual advances. In fact, you remained in a state of denial for a long time thinking it would only be a matter of time before she came around.

9. When your former law clerk never expressed desire for your sexual advances, you were pissed, and you told us all about it. It was at that time that she began to try internet dating, and many of us gradually recognized her profile when surfing around on the internet. This was also the time you hit a group of guys up in an effort to play games with her that in the end you hoped would drive her toward you.

10. The games and schemes you guys perpetrated on her were down right mean and interfered with her life. We were aware some of these games went on for some time before she figured out what was going on. In the midst of all this, you guys couldn’t help but have some fun and play around with other ladies whose internet personals profiles you ran across once you paid the monthly fees to an internet personals site, posted a fake profile, and were free to email any person through the site.

11. You guys ended up taking advantage of a lot of other women under false pretenses as well. Don’t underestimate our intelligence and deny it. Hell, you guys couldn’t stop boasting about it all the time, and yapping about these women’s bodies, what sex was like with some of them, how young some of them were, the long false tales you’d told them, and on and on.

12. Yes, it made great talk for a bunch of guys, no doubt.

13. When we learned of all the various schemes you guys played on your former law clerk through your tales, it became obvious to us that you were obsessed with targeting her in an effort to have relations with her. In short, you couldn’t handle the fact that she turned you down.

14. The schemes began to get out of hand and adversely interfere with real lives for months at a time, in some cases. When we learned of acts of vandalism of your former law clerk’s property, we knew you had pushed things too far, but there was no stopping you.

15. As the acts of vandalism increased from taking or tearing up newspapers to destroying her satellite and computer hard drive, and destroying newly planted vegetation after she had no choice but to rebuild her home and redo the landscaping due to defective synthetic stucco that was originally on her house and for which she had no remedy, you guys were totally out of control and refused to listen to our admonitions that you stop before things got even more out of hand.

16. You guys were so fueled by the adrenaline rush you gained from perpetrating these schemes and games on your former law clerk and other ladies that it totally encompassed all of you. Yes, you all were out of control by this time and refused to listen to any of us who tried to caution you to restrain yourselves.

17. We were also aware of the myriad of serious health problems your former law clerk struggled with for years beginning with a diagnosis and major surgery for ovarian cancer the year after she graduated from law school and relocated to another city in Tennessee.

18. We learned in the mid-late 1990’s that she underwent many abdominal surgeries for a serious GI impairment, and most of these surgeries were performed at UT Med School in Memphis, as she agreed at one point to participate in a national study examining the nature of the GI condition she has and trying a variety of different forms of treatment.

As always, the possibility that you could stomp further on her and push her down that much more because of her medical expenses seemed to fuel you guys with an adrenaline rush to target her even more intensely.

Your recent acts of vandalism, i.e., destroying a tree planted by her landscape contractor after the initial tree planted in that location suddenly died so mysteriously it could have only been sabotaged, by enticing a low life friend of your young adult kids, or a low life client, to kill yet another tree in her front yard by spraying chemicals on it, shows all of us just how out of control you are and out of hand this entire situation has become.

For you to have gone to such great lengths to do all these things to her when she did nothing to you is unconscionable, especially when you consider all the shit she experienced with the divorce from hell, (and, as we recall, if ever there were a divorce in left field it was hers), and a number of serious health problems that have necessitated several surgeries, beginning with ovarian cancer right after she graduated from law school, multiple abdominal surgeries subsequent thereto for a GI condition associated with ovarian cancer survivors, two major cervical spine surgeries which have not worked leaving her in a state of unrelenting pain with neurological sequela, and being informed she will likely require a third surgery on her neck going in from the back side to stabilize her spine. In addition, there were the numerous financial setbacks that started with a lazy ass hubby who refused to work, $30k in student loans, a $30k divorce debt, and being forced to rebuild her house without a remedy due to a defective product originally used to build the house, which necessitated destruction of all the original landscaping, and redoing the landscaping after the house was rebuilt. But for this, she would have been close to having her home mortgage paid off by now.

Hots we are aware that you and the guys you enticed to perpetrate scheme after scheme on her are well aware of all the adversities she has experienced, yet that only seemed to fuel you to target her that much more. As a bunch of guys who have known you for years, we’d like to know why, because none of us can think of any reason that would cause you and the guys you enticed to resort to such disgusting horrible behavior to one young lady. My brother is a landscape contractor. $5000.00 for a decent tree bought and planted when an entire place is being landscaped under a contract is actually a pretty good price. It's not at all unusual for trees to cost a lot more then this. If any of you ever build a home and use a landscape contractor for the landscape, which is usually the case, the cost of trees, plants, shrubs, etc., can easily run up into the tens of thousands of dollars, and often higher.

I didn't say that I doubted there was a tree out there that costs $5000. I want to know specifically WHAT KIND of tree costs $5000, because I have never seen one. Surely you can find that out for me, right, Brad?

... although I would suggest that next time you jump in the dating pool, do it outside the profession of law. By and large, it's been my experience that most lawyers (apologies to KO, who is an exception, of course), men and women, are scalawags, rogues and con artists. That's what makes them good at what they do.
Although I am officially listed as an exception (thanks, I think), I would disagree with your characterization of of "most" lawyers. While there are certainly a number of scalawags, rogues, and con artists in the legal profession (as in any profession), I find that lawyers are generally honorable men and women of the highest integrity. Sometimes we have to advocate for unpopular causes (or people) but that only adds to my esteem for what we do. With that said, I would most certainly NOT recommend dating most lawyers simply because they are more boring than most people.

Now that that's off my chest, here is my contribution to derailing this thread, an effort that I find to be most honorable in and of itself.

HOTS is a mouse – not a man. For any guy to resort to deliberate manipulation and interference in a ladies life who merely law clerked for him when she was in law school some 20+ years ago, and never bothered him, is pathetic. To carry such behavior on for years for no reason other then her apparent decline of your sexual advances 5-6 years ago, is even more pathetic. To resort to destruction and vandalism of her property after she realized you’re the person behind all the schemes perpetrated on her the past several years is not only intolerable among us in the legal profession, but to every reasonable, decent person among us. Several of us intend to bring what you’ve done to her to the attention of not only the DA’s office and the Sheriff’s Department, but to the BPR. We hope they nail you to the wall over this. No man – only a mouse, does such things to a lady 15+ years younger then he, who has never done a thing to him, (other then decline sexual advances some 20+ years after she law clerked for him), and who has already endured more adverse life circumstances then most people will ever endure in a lifetime, based on being terrorized and put through hell during her divorce, (knowing what we know today, we suspect you likely participated and encouraged some of that yourself way back when), and based on already having undergone several major surgeries for serious health conditions that are detailed above in other posts. Ovarian cancer is one of the deadliest forms of cancer. This gal has survived that ordeal thus far, but it often comes back with vengeance years later, as we’ve all recently seen in the news about Patsy Ramsey dying early this week, after having more then a 10 year period of remission of the cancer. It doesn’t take a brain surgeon to recognize the terror she endured during her divorce in association with failure of the legal system at every level undoubtedly had disastrous consequences on her health. We all know extreme stresses such as this can have devastating effects on one’s health. Then, for you, Cohen, and the other guys, (most of whom are attorneys), to perpetrate scheme after scheme on her that invaded and interfered with her personal life only because you couldn’t accept that she said “no” to your sexual advances, is unconscionable. As members of the local Knox and Blount County Bar Associations, you’ve really gone overboard on this one HOTs.

A few of us drove by Hots’ former law clerk’s home last evening, as we know her and where she lives. Sure as shit, there’s a large, beautiful tree replanted only a couple of months ago to replace two trees in her front yard last year that were sabotaged in the same manner. Hots was strongly suspected in that sabotage as well. The sabotage to this tree occurred so quickly there’s no doubt what happened. We were out near her place 2 weeks ago, and the tree was in great condition. It sticks out like a sore thumb, because other trees of the same type planted by the same contractor are all very green and look wonderful. We encourage every person who reads this post to inform the Knox County DA, Randy Nichols, the Sheriff’s Department, and the BPR. All they need do is drive by her home to see the DEAD tree Hots is no doubt responsible for sabotaging. We know he has a long history of jumping all around the law, but rarely, if ever, being held accountable for his actions. This is not a person who should be in the practice of law, but a person who is long overdue for being held accountable for actions such as these, which we know he’s been doing for years. Nail his ass for once.

Some posts have remarked about the tree and its cost. What the hell does it matter what kind of tree it is? The two trees last year were replaced at a cost of $10K, and we don’t even know whether that includes all the costs involved. We don’t recall this gal ever telling us last year there was insurance coverage on either side. It was our understanding that the cost was paid out of pocket. These are not little 2 feet high ‘sticks’ of new trees. When planted, they stood about 25 feet, or so. For the contractor to locate a tree of such quality, transport it to Knoxville, use the machinery necessary to plant such a large tree, the labor involved in doing so, and keeping an eye on the tree until you’re satisfied it’s going to take alright, a cost of $5K is, if anything, a low, rather then a high cost. Hots damn well ought to be made to cover the cost. He’s never man enough to do his own dirty work, but we have little doubt it can be easily traced. In the past 3-4 years, Hots appears to have caused this lady tens of thousands of dollar in damage by retaining some low life’s to hack into her computer and destroy the hard drive and her computer satellite, killing two trees last year recently planted by her landscape contractor as a part of an entire redo of the landscape about her house, and killing another tree just in the past two weeks.

Hots, and we suspect all the other guys mentioned in this, have demonstrated they are unable to use their brains if they’re ever caught in one of their schemes or games. They particularly can’t stand it when they are discovered by ladies. Instead, their consistent response has been one of vandalism and destruction of property. If they’re not held responsible for their actions, and so far that has rarely been the case, we suspect they’re only one step away, if that much, from perpetrating violence on any persons who may see through their schemes or games, including pets and animals these folks may have.

Tell you what guys – We’ve talked and we will make an offer to you. If you pay restitution to cover the destruction of property, vandalism, and intentional infliction of emotional distress you knowingly perpetrated over the past several years on the lady attorney who has serious medical impairments and medical bills out the wazoo, and who can least afford the costs you caused her to endure both financially and emotionally, she will sign a Nondisclosure Agreement, or Confidentiality Agreement, on behalf of all of us, (as she has been unnecessarily targeted more then any of us - We only got caught up in all of this via match.com once these guys put their hands in the cookie jar after placing false profiles on match.com), wherein all parties will agree to the following conditions:

1. That none of us, or any of you, will ever say anything about the issues mentioned in any blog posts, newspaper articles, TV & Radio news reports, internet message boards and news reports, or any other form of media or source of information, including other human beings, pertaining to anything that was mentioned in any blog posts that are in any way relevant to such issues, no matter how remote the relevancy may seem, or how major or minor the issue may be, to any person or venue, including subpoenas any of us could receive to testify in ANY court of any jurisdiction, the BPR, or any other types of administrative boards or forums who may try to obtain such information at any point in the duration of any of our lives.

2. No mention from ANYONE will be made as to the agreed amount of settlement in this case.

3. That ALL parties agree to leave one another alone in the future so that each person may live his or life without interference from cons, games, allegations, schemes, etc., from any other party.

4. That ALL parties treat one another civilly at all times.

5. That, if for any reason any of the parties decides to become friends, or have a close relationship of any type with any other party, (the term ‘relationships’ being used here to refer to ANY possible types of relationships, such as any of the Parties, men or women, who may end up working in the same law firm, other place of employment, or going into business together, e.g., in other words, becoming closer as business associates and/or friends, as well as any other type of relationships among the parties that could possibly end up occurring for some unknown reason in the future, regardless of whether they are of a dating/sexual relationship among Parties of the same or opposite sex), their intentions must be genuine, and they must agree to refrain from any conversation related to any of the issues mentioned in the blog posts relevant to the nature of said agreement.

6. This agreement will go into affect on receipt of the agreed upon cash settlement with verification that the check is valid and good.

7. An independent third party attorney, who is not in any law firms or places of employment as any other party, will draft, sign, witness, and retain a copy of the Nondiscolure Agreement, or Confidentiality Agreement, to avoid any appearance of impropriety.

This is only a brief depiction of what the Agreement should contain. Please do not insult our intelligence as to what would be considered an appropriate financial settlement amount.

I have a suggestion for everyone to consider on this Confidentiality Agreement. The guys ought to be able to divide the settlement amount among two other attorneys. Here’s what I know went down that the lady attorney whom “Hotsi-Totsi” has hit on for years may not know but should: You had a private conversation with a male attorney whose initials are not inconsistent with “CCC,” about 8-9 months before you went out with the attorney/judge that got “Hotsi-Totsi” so riled up some 5 years ago, after he discovered you had been out with his attorney/judge acquaintance and friend. “CCC” revealed something you shared jokingly in confidence with him during that private conversation that was not supposed to be repeated. That ‘something’ had to do with you recalling on more then one occasion during your tenure as a law clerk for “Hotsi-Totsi,” that arrangements were made for some female clients to provide BJ’s to this particular judge/acquaintance of his, even though you could not specifically recall who the sitting judge was way back then, and to “Hotsi-Totsi,” for payment of services rendered and ‘to make everything go away.’ “CCC” spread this all over among his friends in the legal community, and much was made over it in the men’s locker room at the “Y,” where “CCC,” “Hotsi-Totsi,” and some of the judges who could have realistically been sitting on the bench at the time you law clerked for “Hotsi-Totsi” all worked out 5 years ago. “CCC” was not initially upfront that you could not recall specifically who was sitting on the bench in the court where this occurred several years ago. It was only after things escalated among the guys, and the rumor made its way to the current sitting judge in the court to which you referred, that “CCC” tried to tell the truth, i.e., that you couldn’t recall who was sitting on the bench some 20 years ago when you were aware these deals were made. Of course, by that time, everything was so out of hand among the guys ribbing one another constantly, that no one believed “CCC,” when he corrected himself as to exactly what you had said to him jokingly in a confidential, private conversation you never thought he would repeat to anyone. So, a good deal of all of this stuff began earlier in the year some five to six years ago, before you went out once with the judge/acquaintance that riled “Hotsi-Totsi” so much, after he found out about it a few weeks later, when he tried to hit on you, and became so upset when you declined his sexual advances. Based on this information which I recall very well, the guys probably should consider including “CCC” and the judge/acquaintance of “Hotsi-Totsi” who this lady attorney went out with once a few months after all this gossip and ribbing among guys began. Although their roles are minor in contrast to others, these two guys played a pivotal role early on that foreseeably led to the degree to which this entire scheme got its start, especially with regard to this particular lady attorney. No doubt, “Hotsi-Totsi” has been the primary ring leader in causing much of what has transpired over the past 5-6 years to the lady attorney who was his former law clerk whom he has unnecessarily targeted for years, and who has sustained destruction of property and vandalism perpetrated primarily at his direction and instruction. The property destruction she sustained, which included destruction of her computer hard drive and satellite 3-4 years ago, killing of two trees planted as a result of her entire house being rebuilt and re-landscaped, the killing of newly planted vegetation in the large ceramic urns by her front door in the past month, and the killing of one of the new trees planted to replace one of the sabotaged trees he killed the year before only in the past 2 weeks. The value of replacing the trees alone, including transportation costs, labor etc., plus the vegetation that was killed in her urns comes to $25K+/-. The destruction of her computer hard drive and satellite all had to be replaced when that occurred to the tune of a cost of about $3000+/-, and this does not include the more then three months she was without the use of her computer and computer satellite, i.e., she had no access to the internet or email, and this adversely affected her ability to work at home. It was that very same year this gal underwent the first major surgery on her neck. The two trees were killed after having been recently planted by her landscape contractor as part of the total rebuilding of her house and landscape that was necessitated by defective synthetic stucco that was used on the exterior of her house for which she has had no legal recourse for financial reimbursement, and during the year in which she had to undergo a second major surgery on her neck from which she has never fully recovered and has had medical bills out the wazoo. “Hotsi-Totsi” and all these SOB’s, including “CCC” and the judge/acquaintance of “Hotsi-Totsi” who took her out once five years ago, and who had been ribbed by a bunch of male attorneys earlier in the year that he could very well have been the judge she referred to in her conversation with “CCC” months earlier, which she likely has no idea was ever repeated. She is in a position to least afford the destruction of property and vandalism she has sustained presumably at the direction and instruction of “Hotsi-Totsi,” which I have little doubt some, if not all, of the other guys knew about and may have participated in planning the destruction, and this only occurred secondary to the inability of “Hotsi-Totsi,” as well as the other guys, to control themselves after this lady attorney outwitted them at one of their schemes. Every time she has outwitted these guys at the cons they have perpetrated on her, most of which were planned and instigated by “Hotsi-Totsi,” she has sustained destruction and vandalism of property to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars. These guys have a track record for not using their brains when they are outwitted in any of their schemes, but to resort to destruction of property, vandalism, and acts of violence. If you guys don’t do the right thing where this gal in particular is concerned, there’s a whole bunch of us guys, as well as ladies, in the legal profession, as well in other types of businesses, who will lose any friendship/respect we have previously shared with you, and we will assist this young lady attorney and the others in reporting what you have done in all of this to the BPR and other necessary authorities. For once, step up and act like men, take responsibility for your actions, and do the right thing. I’ll guarantee none of you will ever be viewed the same by your friends and colleagues if you don’t.

All you ladies and your supporters have stated your case well by providing a great deal of insight into the psyche and personality types all these guys share in common. What will be interesting to see is whether any of these guys will step up to the plate and take personal responsibility for their actions. They can do this by accepting, in association with the other guys, the proposed Confidentiality Agreement. If any of the guys feels one or more individuals is more culpable in much of this, such as the property destruction and vandalism, the guys can decide among themselves the amount of financial resources each contributes to the settlement, and leave it at that, and everything drops. If the guys cannot reach a settlement agreement and the amount each guy is responsible for, some of the less culpable guys should consider is coughing up ALL the information they know regarding the actions of any of the other guys in terms of who did what, when, or where to the DA, Randy Nichols, and be given a break on any criminal sentence that may be imposed. The advantage of the guys agreeing to the Confidentiality Agreement ASAP is the opportunity to make all this go away, including any criminal investigation by the DA’s office. The sooner it goes away – the better off the guys will be. I law clerked for “Hotsi-Totsi” just before the lady lawyer referred to throughout this blog started working for him. I also know a couple of other former law students who worked for him. None of us in any doubts anything that has been said about “Hotsi-Totsi.” We all witnessed him hit on women constantly, including lady law clerks. That was no secret. He still does that. He also threw rages, or temper tantrum like episodes, several times a day. Any little thing could set him off. After you worked around him awhile, most people just tuned it out. Back then, he catered to a lower income clientele, and all of us saw some shady deals go down. To learn he received BJ’s for payment on occasion doesn’t surprise any of us. He always seemed to have a group of clients who could score pot, or any other drugs for him, and all of us saw a whole lot of nilla envelopes passed from clients to “Hotsi-Totsi.” Hell, we even saw the pot some times. None of us doubted for one minute that if we wanted him to get us some pot, or any other drugs, he had the contacts. It was also no secret among his associates at the time, or much of the office staff. That “Hotsi-Totsi” didn’t say much for the lady attorney when called as a character witness in her divorce trial also comes to no surprise to any of us. We all learned through the years that he did the same thing with all of us with regard to employment references, which were crucial in the few years after law school graduation. As with her, we learned he didn’t really hurt us, but he didn’t do anything to help us stand out among other candidates either. We all were of the opinion that we did good work for him, but that’s how he treated us as well. Like the lady attorney and others have said, his behavior in this regard is in keeping with someone who is a narcissist – he elevates himself above others all the time. Apparently, he gets some sort of a “rush” out of that. Given some of his shady clientele back when we clerked for him, none of us are surprised that he would resort to vandalism, destruction of property, or even violence in situations where he doesn’t get his way. In fact, from what we observed on occasion, we sort of suspected that was what was going down. We just didn’t know the who, what, when, where, or why. We’re here to corroborate what the lady attorney who law clerked for “Hotsi-Totsi,” as well as the other ladies, have said about him. Moreover, we believe we know who this lady attorney is and have no reason in the world to doubt her credibility. None of us sanction resorting to vandalism, destruction of property, or violence that “Hotsi-Totsi” appears to have resorted to each time the lady attorney has outwitted him in the middle of one of his schemes which, by themselves, are outrageous enough. We cringe at the thought that “Hotsi-Totsi” appears to have a track record for resorting to shady types of acts, such as vandalism, destruction of property, and violence, when things don’t go his way, or when he is outwitted in a destructive scheme he created to begin with. If things with regard to this lady attorney and the other gals are not addressed properly by “Hotsi-Totsi,” and the other low life attorney’s who participated in several of his schemes, i.e., reimburse the lady for the property destruction you caused, we intend to make our opinions known about all of this to the authorities and the BPR, and otherwise support this lady attorney. Despite all the shady deals we suspected were taking place when we clerked for “Hotsi-Totsi,” and we have little doubt have continued, he’s never been caught, or held accountable to our knowledge. What he has done reflects poorly on the legal profession, and that’s the last thing we need in this day and age. For what it’s worth, we think the Confidentiality Agreement that has been suggested one hell of a deal. It makes all of this go away fast and, with any luck, before any of this reaches the point of being seriously investigated by the authorities or the BPR. The lady attorney is reimbursed for the destruction of property and vandalism she has experienced, and “Hotsi-Totsi” and the rest of the guys are all held responsible in some way, which they should be.

A beach house is no more a connection to a state then anything. What it shows is that you're lying through you're teeth. We already know the "Druster," "Hotsi-Totsi's" wife, bought a condo in South Carolina a few years ago, and that his daughter is enrolled in the College of Charleston.

Frankly, we have little doubt this is "Hotsi-Totsi" himself. Bottom line "Hotsi-Totsi": When you resorted to destruction, vandalism, and violence, not once, but every time you were outwitted in one of your schemes, you pushed the line way too far. The lady attorney you targeted for no reason sustained tens of thousands of dollars in damage for which you, and your malcontent buddies are responsible. She has your kids on camera several times just before the recent tree was sabotaged, along with night vision shots of the saboteur. You know, involving your kids to do your dirty work shows just what a SOB you are. Unless restitution is made to this lady attorney, all the Match.Cohen gals are going to do nothing but piss all over all your houses, (we suspect the beach house is a rental; tee-hee), and be a royal pain in not only your ass, but the asses of your entire family, and the rest of the guys. Think about it - You caused this lady tens of thousands of dollars in damage - All because you couldn't handle the fact that she declined your sexual advances, and then outwitted you several times at your own cons. No man would never respond in the manner you did - Only a wuss or a mouse, as was said previously.

You can fully count on all of us blogging and message boarding all the **** about you, your family, and the other guys the rest of our lives after what your sorry asses have done. If you're stupid enough to pull any more property damage, as we suspect you are, you're a damn fool if you don't think the local Sheriff and DA will be right on top of your asses. Your kids are already on surveillance camera's, as well as you, driving by several times after the tree was sabotaged to check out the results of the crime you perpetrated. Cohen in his red truck has also been caught on the same camera's twice driving by to check the damage done to the tree, a crime he was aware was going to occur, if not participate in himself. All of this will be turned over to the local authorities.

For you guys to do all these terrible things to a lady attorney who's already sustained so much adversity in her life and who lives in chronic pain every day when she did absolutely nothing to any of you to deserve what you did to her, speaks volumes as to just how low your skanky asses are, and demonstrates that, as with sadistic sociopaths, you have no conscience what so ever.

We can't wait to talk to the Druster and tell her everything you've done, as well as the wives of the other guys. One way or another, your sorry asses are coming down. Bet on it!
