View Full Version : Missouri Supreme Court delays Chain of Rocks case AGAIN...

(St. Louis) -- Missouri's Supreme Court is intervening on behalf of a death row inmate.

It was confirmed on Wednesday that the court took the highly uncommon step of appointing a special judge to the case of Reggie Clemons. The judge, referred to as a special master, will review all old evidence and new evidence to determine if there is reasonable doubt in the death sentence case.

Clemons was sentenced to die for the murders of Julie and Robin Kerry in 1991. The sisters were raped and thrown to their deaths from the Chain of Rocks Bridge.

copy of email I sent to his assistant:

Dear assistant:

I have followed the chain of rocks bridge case since it happened. I wanted to say that I can NOT believe that the Supreme Court has delayed justice yet again by appointing a special master to review this rape monster's case. There is no doubt whatsoever of Clemmons guilt in this case; he's guilty as SIN.

The surviving victim in this case has had his life destroyed by these monsters, and also by the justice system, including courts like the one you are running.

It's an honest outrage to see these endless delays. In this case it is entirely possible that some of the perpetrators of this savage and heinous double murder might actually outLIVE the parents of the victims. I feel that the Missouri Supreme Court has stomped on the lives of these two dead girls just one more time with this ridiculous notion of a 'special master' and I want you to know that I think it is despicable.

Law abiding, tax paying citizens have to watch as the courts do NOTHING for victims of crime, and delay justice forever whilst they roll around with the paperwork. If this case gets screwed up any more I hope the memory of these two girls haunts the night time dreams of EVERY SINGLE JUDGE involved.

The cops did their jobs; the jury did their jobs; now if it wouldn't be too much trouble I'd like to ask that the executioner do HIS job.

What has developed in this case makes ordinary people shake their heads in discussions with others about this case, and it really makes me sad for the family of these two girls.

Thank you for hearing out my concerns.

Sincerely Yours,

Mark Thomas
