What a freaking IDIOT Steven Hess is! The proposed tax policies ALONE.... of Barrack Obama.... would be enough to freak out millions of wealthy voters, some of whom... ARE black.... dumbass. America has made more black millionaires than any country that exists on this planet, and more than any country that has EVER... EXISTED. To try and say that this political race is a 'test' of learning how much racism exists in the system? Oh how freaking CONVENIENT, Mister Hess! With the way he has framed the argument? To act like the race of the candidates is so utterly IMPORTANT... that the voters of America would overlook the actual political POSITIONS of those candidates? We'd expect nothing less from some professor who lives in an ivory tower at Washington University, and we note that said professor is probably a sad disgrace on Washington's good name.
Well, mister Hess? I have news for you. For many voting people in America? They are looking at the stated positions of the candidates, and NOT the race of the candidates! Sadly, it will NOT be a "Rorschach test"
or any other
KIND of test
for them to see McCain versus Obama.
For millions of them? They will look at the tax policies of Obama, and IMMEDIATELY realize that he is coming after THEM, Mister Hess! Obama has already stated that he supports a RISE in the maximum federal income tax-- from the present 33% to 39.6%! Obama has already STATED... that he supports higher capital gains taxation rates, and will indeed try to get them in place if elected! Obama has already stated... that he wants estate taxes raised; even if ya croak the government comes after your cash!
ThereFORE Mister Hess! It is LUNACY to think that this election is a test on how much racism is in America! IF the two candidates were the same age, same gender, and had the same positions... but were of two races? THEN.... PERHAPS... it might have been.
